TESTING
Walk-ins are welcomed. No appointments or ID needed. Testing is available for all ages. RT-LAMP testing offered by COLOR.
VACCINATION
The last shot will be administered at 7:00p.
Pre-register for adult vaccines using the QR code to indicate your preferred dose. Please use this link instead to pre-register for pediatrics vaccines.
Registering ahead of time is not required but highly encouraged due to the demand for booster shots. Please see chart for vaccine eligibility.

What shots are available?
This site can administer first, second, supplemental, and booster shots (if eligible) for Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccinations.
Can kids 5+ get a shot at Kapwa ?
Yes! Walk up vaccinations will be available, or pre-registration is available in the link below.
Is an adult’s signature required for pediatric vaccinations?
Anyone under 18 years old, unless they're emancipated (16+ years old), will require an adult’s signature.
