Apply to sell food and drinks at BAKED! on April 20, 2024 | 12 - 5PM. Choose between a 8’x6’ or 10’x10’ booth space. Chairs, tents, and tables add-ons available for rental separately.

  • Food booth (not cooking) includes 10x10 booth space.

  • Food booth (cooking) includes 10x10 booth space + additional space for uncovered cooking area.

  • Table and chair rental sold separately.

  • All food vendors must use a tent during the duration of the event. Food vendors have the choice to bring their own or rent a tent.

All Food Vendors

  • $75 Booth Fee + $50 Security Deposit = Total Price $125. Please see drop down-menu options for booth add-ons.

  • $50 refundable Security Deposit against 10% of Sales. If you make no sales, we'll refund the $50 Security Deposit at the end of the night.

  • We charge a 10% Revenue Share (your sales before taxes) to keep the event economically viable and pass on the savings to you as a lower Booth Fee. 10% of your Revenue is due at the end of the night.

  • Booth Fee & Security Deposit must be processed upon applying to the event.

  • If you're not accepted, we will refund your Booth Fee & Security Deposit before the 10th day of the month of the event.

Need to rent a tent during your time vending at BAKED!? Tents are available for rental at limited quantities. This option is great for food vendors are not bringing their own tent. Choose between a regular tent and our Barangay Tent (includes Display Fixtures). Book your rental now!

Pricing Breakdown

  • Base Booth Fee + $50 Security Deposit = Total Price. Please see drop down-menu options for available booth offers.

  • $50 refundable Security Deposit against 10% of Sales. If you make no sales, we'll refund the $50 Security Deposit at the end of the night.

Vendor Rules

  • All vendors must use Square, Paypal, or other POS system that can provide a daily sales report.

  • Cash sales must be entered into Square, Paypal, or other POS system

  • Commit to setting up your booth a few hours prior to the event based on our team’s load-in schedule.

  • Commit to staffing your booth from 3p - 7p

  • Vendors may be penalized for leaving early.

  • Help promote our event via your social media pages and email blasts.

  • Commit to attending a vendor meet-up

  • Check-out with Kapwa Gardens staff at the end of the event

  • Leave no trash at the venue

  • Do not damage our venue
